new update doesnt save data = defective!!

Since May 2011, I used the Walkwatch to map and time daily run. Then at the end of July I updated to this crappy version and IT DOESNT SAVE THE DATA. I ran today and then clicked the big red stop button then clicked the save button and the crappy program just shuts down! When I opened the program again the data I just saved isnt there! I had to manually enter it which defeats the purpose of this program if I have to guess at the data to enter right! The stars show only on the days that I ran from the previous version but not this new version. Trying desperately to roll back while saving my data. Thanks for nothing!
